The StrengthErg works on the air resistance system, so the resistance depends on the setting of the device and/or the force applied during the exercise. The higher the force and/or setting on the device, the higher the resistance. This makes the device suitable for exercising regardless of your abilities.
Types of exercises provided by StrengthErg:
Leg press (leg press)
An exercise in which you use your feet to push a load away from your body. It effectively develops the quadriceps, hamstrings, buttocks and hamstrings.
Chest press (chest press)
The exercise, in which you push the load from your chest horizontally away from you, effectively develops the upper body. It strengthens the pectoral muscles, shoulders and triceps.
Sedentary work
The exercise that develops the back muscles the most – especially the latissimus dorsi, trapezius and rhomboids – involves both the arms and torso.
